- Review of gas isolation valves including installation locations
- Negative pressure test
- Carbon monoxide spillage test
- Safety check valid for two years
Electrical Safety Check - $249 + GST
- Inspection of landlord supplied appliances
- Testing of accessible power points and light fittings/fixtures
- Earth continuity testing.
- Testing of RCD safety switches to make sure they function correctly.
- Safety check valid for two years
Smoke Alarm Safety Check - $99 + GST
- Testing of all existing smoke alarms
- Replacement of all existing smoke alarm batteries
- Inspection of existing smoke alarms ensuring correct location and installation integrity.
- Safety check valid for one year
